I started this doll about 2 weeks ago and left him to sit since. I plan on finishing him this weekend. He is a bloody one with missing toes and hands. Maybe I should make him a wheel chair…might make him smile.

Halloween Scary Dolls!

Poor, poor Clarence. 
Really. 
He was so poor his family couldn’t even afford extremities for him to use:
hands, feet, fingers and toes! 
Even his eyes were sold
to feed the family dog, they were so poor.
 
He hobbled around on wooden sticks
and his hands were like little toothpicks,
so his mouth slowly closed
forming a crooked little line not unlike the
slash of a knife,
or the kiss of a scythe!
 
His clothes were made of discarded potato sacks
(by a thousand blinded designer hacks)
stitched into his skin;
Poor Clarence, where have you been?
What happened to you after all of these years
after you disappeared?
