Halloween is Coming!

YAY it’s almost October which means Halloween! … and snow GRR. I decided to make a Halloween themed doll. Hope you like him.. what do you think? I am also making a skeleton doll (a remake on my 2006 doll) and as usual – working on bloody icky dolls so check back soon.

I’m Sick

I am sick. I have a runny nose and an itchy sore throat =( *cries* I hope it goes away soon because it is giving me a headache.. *wines*

Ok so back to dolls. I made this doll as a gift for my father. He loved it and named him Clint.

We are the Sims

My hubby bought me The Sims Life Stories today. I made us into Sims and if you know what we look like and how we dress then check out this screen capture,, it’s too funny. It totally looks like us! And I had a visitor come to our house. He had red hair and looked kind of nerdy. WOW scary! Because my hubby has a friend who is always stopping by and he is nerdy with red hair too… This freaked me out some. I must kick the Sim friend out so its not so life like haha.

We have to get this game for my mom-in-law. I think she would have fun with it.

The Beginning of Something Great

Below is the beginning of a doll head. I am making a doll in a leather snake-ish print dress. She will have poofy crazy raver hair, funky makeup and eyes. I want the dress short sleeved so I am experimenting with making full clay arms that are still bendable. Then a clay chest like I did for my ‘Angie’ doll. If all goes as planned I think this will be an amazing piece.

Here is a peak at some creeeepy work of mine. I think the next few will not have any blood. I have to even out the horror dolls with the just plain creepy dolls. I am working on gothic elves, trashy clothed people, death and a goofy alien.

My cat had her babies!! I am a grandma. She had 4 beautiful kittens September 2nd, early in the morning. I missed out on her having them but it was still exciting to see them for the first time. She had 2 boys and 2 girls.. the one girl looks just like her. It’s the sweetest thing I have ever seen. I will post photos when they are a bit older because they are eating and sleeping all the time and it is hard to get a good shot of them. Until then here is a blurry photo.. ENJOY!
